They were first used to relieve menopausal symptoms in the 1930s, the drug was called Emmenin. Later, since 1941, conjugated estrogens were produced in the United States with the name Primarin. And until 1992, Primarin was one of the most widely prescribed drugs in America.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Physicians John R. Lee and Jonathan Wright are also believed to have been pioneers in the field of Bioreplacement Hormone Therapy (BHT).
